Russian National Orchestra Concert

Maestro Wilson has been invited to perform with the Russian National Orchestra next month, leading two concerts in October in Moscow. These concerts are in addition to her performances at the Bolshoi in November, when she will conduct a run of Carmen. The first of her two concert performances on Oct. 17th takes place at the recently opened Vetoshny  Hall. The program is Prokofiev’s Suite from “The Love of Three Oranges”, Tchaikovsky’s Rococo Variations, with cellist Dali Gutserieva, and Shostakovich’s Symphony No. 1. The second performance takes place on October 19th at the historic Tchaikovsky Concert Hall. The program is Prokofiev’s Suite from “The Love of Three Oranges”, Shostakovich’s Piano Concert No. 2, with pianist Adam Gutseriev, and Shostakovich’s Symphony No. 1.
